About Rita Mills

Rita Mills, founder and owner of Navitas Massage Therapy and Skincare.

Rita individualizes her treatments to meet each clients unique needs. In her Massage Therapy, she uses a variety of integrative massage techniques including: Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, Thai massage, CranioSacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release will be used to customize a treatment.

She utilizes her knowledge and experience to relax and align the mind, body and spirit. This allows the Navitas (energy) to enhance the body's sense of well being and self healing abilities.

Rita uses her extensive experience in Skincare to provide her clients with refreshing and revitalizing facials to meet individual skin care needs. She offers Navitas facials, back facials and waxing services.

Rita received her Bachelor of Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1992. She was a Special Education teacher for eight years. Her Esthetician license from Central State Beauty Academy in Oklahoma in 2000 and her Massage Certificate from MTIC Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2004.

She enjoys the outdoors and is an avid biker, hiker and runner. Rita also practices yoga and enjoys painting.
